We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Your goods must be unused and complete with a copy of the original dispatch note. Used goods cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances unless they are safely returned to us and then deemed unopened, unused condition or faulty by the Ruffians Returns Team.

You are responsible for the postage and packaging of your order, should you decide to return it. We suggest you use a registered post to return it to Ruffians. Please return your items to:
