In August 2017 Ruffians launched its fifth barbershop and men’s grooming store in Liberty, London’s most iconic department store.
Located in the recently relaunched and expanded menswear department, the Ruffians team offers bespoke haircuts, cut throat razor shaves, beard trims and facials seven days a week. Designed with both a nod to Ruffians’ and Liberty’s heritage, the space features exposed brickwork, wood panelling and Scottish oak throughout, as well as the iconic Takara Belmont barber chairs in Ruffians’ signature blue.

From £40An extensive beard service that allows more time for a thorough consultation, advice and more significant styling where required. Recommended for those who are looking to change their beard style, haven’t had any maintenance carried out for a while or want the hot towel and razor treatment. (30 minutes)

Cut Throat Razor Shave
£66A relaxing and invigorating experience consisting of a detailed skin consultation, facial scrub and hot towel preparation, two pass wet shave and a cold towel and moisturising treatment to finish. A traditional practice elevated by Ruffians expert barbers and premium Heath London toiletries. (45 minutes)

From £22A 15-minute service for guys wanting a quick trim but with the confidence of having your beard looked after by a professional! Clippers and/or scissors are used to define your style. Ideal for those with shorter beards or if you’re looking for regular maintenance trims to retain shape and definition. (15 minutes)

With all the perks of our haircut plus extra time - your barber will advise you on various shapes and styles, with expert honest advice about what will suit you. This service is perfect for guys wanting to go from long to short or those who haven’t had a cut in over 3 months. (60 minutes)

Craig boasts twenty years of experience in the hair industry which has seen him cut the hair of discerning clients the world over. His hair journey has seen him work in five star hotels, cut and style the locks of models in the fashion industry and launch two successful barbershops in Australia. After all of this, some five years ago, he returned to London and now heads up our Soho store. Adept at working on all hair types and styles, Craig has a passion for creating the perfect cut for every client to suit their personality and lifestyle.

South London born Matthew’s hair journey started almost twenty years ago in a hairdressers in Beckenham. After perfecting his trade in cutting, colouring and styling he moved into barbering and has worked with Ruffians for the past five years. He excels in working with clients to create natural, effortless styles that are bespoke to the individual. Outside of work, he spends the majority of his time with his two children at his home in The Chilterns.

Born and raised in North London, Charlie has recently returned to the Capital after six years ‘up north’, cutting hair in a vibrant Manchester salon. Having held a strong interest in hair from a young age, barbering always seemed like a natural career choice. Being a creative and confident person, it’s no surprise that Charlie thrives on creating challenging, cutting-edge looks.

Berkshire born and now East London based, Mike offers a chilled relaxing experience in the chair. Covering all bases from long to short hair, big or small beards, he will work with you to find a creative way to provide an easy to manage, stylish cut.
