EDINBURGH BARBERS

Robyn, Manager of our Edinburgh shop, has been working in hair since the age of fifteen when she began sweeping hair at the salon where her Mum got her hair done. Hence, it’s no surprise that she’s pretty good at cutting the stuff now! It’s not just an impeccable haircut that keeps her large and loyal client base returning time and again though; Robyn is an excellent local guide, listener and conversationalist (often fuelled by copious amounts of caffeine).

Stewart is a true Ruffian. He’s one of our longest serving barbers, keeping the good folk of Edinburgh looking sharp since our OG shop was in it’s infancy over a decade ago. With his friendly banter and top shelf trims he’s part of the furniture, in a good way. Stewart’s extensive experience means that he excels in all hair types and styles, which explains why he has one of the longest client lists in the city.

Some years ago Ellen decided to take a look at a barbering course that her cousin was teaching. She knew instantly that she’d found her calling and hasn’t looked back since. Ellen enjoys mixing her scissor skills with clippers to create looks that are bespoke to each client. Her creativity and enthusiasm mean that your locks in safe hands, whatever style you choose.

Lennie is our resident Icelander who has been cutting hair for 6 years now and he likes doing any haircut that allows him to use all his tools. He has been in Edinburgh since last spring and he has the Scottish twang to prove it! Talk to him about all things football and tattoos but whatever you do don't mention how cold it is, he will only tell you its colder in Iceland.

Trained by our very own Ruffians education team, Charles is passionate about all things hair! He also has a keen eye for fashion and loves music, often taking the reigns of Spotify in store. And don't forget to ask him about his love of the Simpsons!
